At WavLife, we’re committed to your satisfaction! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. This ensures product integrity and compliance with our strict sanitary standards. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be eligible for only a partial refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Return Timeline: Items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- Undeliverable Orders: Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses that cannot be delivered are not eligible for a refund.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: WavLife is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are with the carrier.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days, minus any non-refundable costs.
- Expedited shipping or insurance fees are not refundable.
Customer Remorse
If you decide to return a product due to a wrong purchase, a change of mind, or for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Warranty
All WavLife products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers malfunctions or manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Theft

Damages or Incorrect Products on Arrival

We are dedicated to resolving such issues promptly, either by offering a replacement or a full refund. Please note that WavLife is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@wavlife.com. Do not send items back without prior approval, as returns without proper authorization will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders not yet shipped can be canceled and fully refunded.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If the product is unwanted, you can return it unused within the 30-day return window.
